The voice assistant for Mercedes-Benz is getting a boost
German luxury carmaker Mercedes-Benz on Tuesday unveiled the concept CLA with a voice-activated digital assistant called MB.OS at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Nevada. It claimed the system can answer questions from drivers and give them information about the car. The company will launch MB.OS in a series of cars that will go on sale in 2025.

Volkswagen and startup Supernal have partnered to develop an electric vertical takeoff and landing prototype for Stellantis Air Taxi Network. The prototype will be able to operate horizontally as quiet as a dishwasher, Supernal said. The startup’s S-A2 aircraft will emit 65 decibels in takeoff and landing phases and 45 decibels in cruising, it added.
