Why it matters to the industry is not clear

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said that the US has agreed to put tariffs on Mexico and Canada on hold for a month. US President Donald Trump had planned to impose 10% tariffs on Chinese goods and 25% import tax on goods from the two countries. Sheinbaum added that the US and Mexico will reach a speedy resolution to the trade dispute.
