The first CDC vaccine advisers meeting is mostly business as usual

A meeting of US CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) has been postponed amid concerns about “political interference” in vaccine policy, the US Department of Health said. The meeting was originally scheduled to be held in February but was postponed over political concerns. However, CDC spokeswoman Emily Reiss said that the vote was NOT for yearly use of COVID-19 vaccine for the upcoming season.
