Lebanon assessed the damage after Israel struck Hezbollah-linked banks
Israeli planes carried out airstrikes in Lebanon for the first time since the Israel-Hezbollah conflict began on Tuesday, according to the country’s state media. A Lebanese official told Reuters that two buildings in Beirut were hit, one belonging to a Lebanese bank and the other to a United Nations position. The strikes reportedly caused damage to other floors in the building.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has cancelled the electric vehicle maker’s plans to build a low-cost electric vehicle in favour of going all in on robotaxi, Reuters reported. In his’master plan’ in 2020, Musk had written that Tesla customers can share their self-driving vehicles with others at no cost when self-driving is approved by the regulators.
