Two former execs of the company behind the Truth Social merger are currently being sued for hacking

Patrick Orlando, the CEO of DWAC until March 23, has sued Eric Swider, a member of the Trump Media board, stating he was fired by Swider. Swider allegedly used to email the investors of the Truth Social deal after they learned that Orlando had been fired. Swider said Orlando is destroying value that may be realised upon consummation of the business combination.
