Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is expected to visit the US next week to sign a framework agreement with the US that will allow the country to share in its mineral wealth, the White House said. Zelenskyy was expected to sign the agreement during his visit to the US on Wednesday. The US reportedly holds about 5% of global rare earth metal reserves.
