Home Depot won’t raise prices because of tariffs, but some items may disappear

Home Depot executives said the company isn’t looking at broad price hikes and might raise prices for individual items. The US home improvement chain reported US sales up 0.2% and shopping transactions up 2.1% in the latest quarter. Earlier, Walmart had warned that it will have to raise prices as a result of tariffs, beginning as early as this month.
