An update to the app will help sidestep Apple’s payment system

US-based music streaming platform Proton has said it will submit its app for review by Apple to enable payments outside of the IAP. “As a first step, we’ll submit an app update for review by Apple to enable payments outside of IAP so creators keep more from iOS based fan payments,” Proton CEO Andy Yen said.
