The labor board is accused of violating worker rights

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has said that it’s “confident” in a US Supreme Court ruling on the unconstitutionality of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRB). The board had filed complaints against Amazon and Elon Musk-led SpaceX after they were found to have violated employee rights by not collectively negotiating with their labour unions. The court will hear the cases on Monday.

America PAC has created an election denial pool on X

The America PAC’s Election Integrity Community group augments the work of other election-denying groups, like former Trump adviser Cleta Mitchell’s Election Integrity Network, CNN reported. It’s a parallel anti-election, anti-democracy campaign “designed to sow confusion and lay the groundwork for baseless objections to elections after Election Day,” it added. Earlier, Elon Musk posted on X, saying, “Oh you mean the ‘Election Integrity’ Team?”

Several people have accused Elon Musk’s company X of using social media platforms to spread misinformation and fake news ahead of the upcoming US presidential election. The claims were made by a former X employee who said he was fired last year for reporting fake news and spreading conspiracy theories on X.
